Define Your Trading Game
Define your edge or
the market will define it for you.
I had a conversation with a trader yesterday, and something came up that’s worth sharing:
Who are you?
Not your name, job, or where you’re from,
None of that ‘civilian’ BS
I mean as a trader.
- What type of trader are you?
- What do you believe?
- What are you good at or getting good at?
- What game do you play?
Because trading’s a game of infinite variables, right?
The list is endless….
And if you don’t define your game, the market will.
DEFINE YOUR GAME

So ask yourself this:
How do you trade?
What are you focusing on?
What are you trying to master?
That’s not to say you can’t adapt to conditions.
But if you’re chasing every style, every setup, every market…
You become a jack of all trades, and the market doesn’t pay generalists.
It pays specialists. (Doesn’t matter what you specialise in, just that you do.)
So today, take 60 seconds to pause and ask:
Find that clarity, and you tilt the odds massively in your favour.
